Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026
Hi — I'm Christina ("Chrissy") Schroer, the person behind Forever Still Studio. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit foreverstillstudio.com or reach out to me. I wrote it myself in plain English because privacy policies should be readable.
What I collect
If you fill out my contact form, I receive what you typed in: your name, business name, email, phone number, the package you're interested in, your timeline, and your message. That's it. I don't collect anything you don't give me.
If you just visit the site without contacting me, my hosting provider may log basic technical info (like your IP address and browser type) the way most websites do. I don't track you across the internet.
What I do with it
I use your contact information to respond to your inquiry, send you a quote, and follow up about your project. That's the whole list. If we end up working together, I'll keep your info on file so I can support you after launch.
What I don't do
- I don't sell your information. Ever. To anyone.
- I don't share your information with marketers or third parties.
- I don't add you to a mailing list without asking first.
- I don't spam you.
Who else touches your information
A few services help me run this site and respond to you:
- Web hosting: Vercel (vercel.com) hosts this website, with DNS and content delivery handled by Cloudflare (cloudflare.com). Both may log standard server data.
- Form delivery: Form submissions are sent to me through Formspree (formspree.io), a form-handling service. Your submission passes through their servers before reaching my inbox.
- Email: When you email me, your message lives in my email inbox like any other email.
- Advertising: Only if you accept the cookie notice, Meta Platforms (facebook.com) receives standard visit data through its advertising pixel, so I can show my ads to people who've already visited. It doesn't receive your name or contact details.
- Analytics: Only if you accept the cookie notice, Microsoft Clarity (clarity.microsoft.com) collects anonymized usage data — like which pages are viewed and where people click — so I can see what's working and improve the site. It masks text you type and never receives your name or contact details.
These services have their own privacy policies. I only use reputable services and I don't grant them permission to do anything with your data beyond what's needed to run the site.
Cookies & advertising
I keep this simple, and I ask first. When you arrive, you'll see a small notice asking whether it's okay to turn on two things: an advertising cookie from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), which lets me show my ads to people who've already visited; and Microsoft Clarity, which shows me anonymized usage patterns (pages viewed, where people click) so I can improve the site.
If you click "No thanks," nothing loads and no cookie is set — you can browse completely tracker-free. If you click "Sounds good," you can change your mind anytime by clearing your browser's cookies or adjusting your ad settings inside Facebook or Instagram.
Until you accept, nothing tracks you — no cookies, no Clarity, no analytics at all. I don't use Google Analytics. And none of these tools ever receive your name, email, or anything you type into a form: Clarity masks form input, and the Meta pixel only helps me reach past visitors with ads later.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to:
- Tell you what information I have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information from my files
- Stop contacting you
Email chrissy@foreverstillstudio.com or call (814) 282-0777 and I'll handle it within a reasonable time — usually within a week.
Kids
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and I don't knowingly collect information from them. If you're a parent and you think your child sent me something, email me and I'll delete it.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website is 100% secure and I won't pretend otherwise. I don't store sensitive information (like credit cards or social security numbers) on this site — anything financial happens through separate, secure tools.
How long I keep your info
I keep contact form submissions and project files for as long as we have an active working relationship, plus a reasonable period after (usually 2 years) for tax and reference purposes. After that, I delete or archive it.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll change the "last updated" date at the top and post the new version here. Major changes I'll mention to existing clients directly.
