You shouldn't have to explain your business to the person building your website.
Most designers ask for your logo, your hours, and a list of services — then build you a fast site that looks like a thousand other fast sites. That's not what happens here. Before I touch a single design decision, I take time to understand who you are: the way you talk about your customers, the part of your story you've never figured out how to put online.
I'm a local — a veteran, a solo mom, someone who knows what it's like to pour everything into something and still feel invisible online. So I built an entire set of tools that let the businesses I love run their online presence themselves: update a menu from behind the counter, take a booking while they sleep, answer a missed call automatically, turn a happy customer into a Google review. One person who answers her own phone — backed by software most agencies can't build. The Army taught me to show up, do the work, and finish what I start. Your business gets that same discipline, from someone who served before she ever built a website.
