How the setup works
Five steps. You do two of them, I do the rest.
You tell me what you want
Your domain, the addresses you want, and how many people need one. Five minutes in a form. No technical questions — if you do not know the answer, there is an option that says so.
You pay for the plan
Checkout is handled on a secure billing page. Nothing is charged before you get there, and nothing is set up until it clears.
I check your domain
I confirm the domain is yours and that it is pointing where it should. If you do not have one yet, we sort that out first — I will not sell you email for a domain you cannot use.
We connect it
This is the part with the DNS records in it. We will guide you through any DNS changes needed to connect your new email — or you hand me access and I do it while you get on with your day.
Your mailboxes go live
Your addresses start working, on your phone and your computer both. You get sign-in details and instructions written in plain English. After that, if something breaks, you email me — not a ticket queue.

Questions people actually ask
What is a domain, exactly?
Your domain is the part that comes after the @ symbol — and it is the same thing as your website address. If your site is yourbusiness.com, your email can be hello@yourbusiness.com.
If you do not have one yet, start with the domain walkthrough and come back here after.
Do I have to move my old email over?
No. Plenty of people keep the old address running for a while and forward it to the new one. If you do want your old mail moved across, say so in the setup notes and we will talk about what is involved for your particular provider.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes — on your phone and on your computer, in the mail app you already use or in a browser. Setting that up is part of what you are paying for. If it will not connect, that is my problem to solve, not yours.
What are these DNS records I keep hearing about?
They are settings at the company you bought your domain from, and they tell the internet where your mail should be delivered. They are fiddly and the control panels are genuinely bad.
You do not have to touch them. Send me access and I will add them, or I will stay on the phone while you do it. Either is fine.
How is this billed?
It is a subscription — it renews on its own until you tell it to stop, and you are charged per mailbox. The exact amount and the renewal date are shown to you before you pay, and again on your order page afterwards.
Who actually runs the email?
The mail itself is Titan. I am the reseller and the person who sets it up, manages your mailboxes, and picks up the phone. You deal with me, not with a support portal.
What if I already have a website with someone else?
That is fine — email and websites are separate things that happen to share a domain. You do not need to move your site to buy email from me, and I am not going to spend the setup call trying to sell you one.
How long does the whole thing take?
The form takes about five minutes. After payment, most of the wait is DNS — usually minutes to an hour once the records are in, though it can occasionally run longer. I will tell you where it is at rather than leaving you wondering.
